Our team investigates the grievance thoroughly, examining all relevant information and evidence.

Timeline: 3-7 business days

Resolution

We determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a correction, clarification, or explanation.

Timeline: 5-7 business days

Response & Communication

We communicate our findings and resolution to you in writing, explaining our decision in detail.

Timeline: Within 15 business days

Follow-up & Closure

We ensure the resolution is implemented and verify your satisfaction. The case is closed with documentation.

Timeline: Ongoing until resolved

Correction & Clarification Policy

If we determine that a correction is needed, we will:

  • Make the correction promptly and update the content
  • Add a note indicating when the correction was made (if applicable)
  • Notify the complainant that the correction has been made
  • For significant corrections, we may publish a clarification or update notice
  • Maintain records of corrections for transparency and accountability

Response Timeline

Initial Acknowledgment: Within 24-48 hours

Investigation: 5-7 business days

Resolution/Response: Within 15 business days

Complex Cases: May require up to 30 business days

Escalation

  • Submit a formal appeal within 30 days of receiving our response
